
Booking & Shipping Policies
📌 Booking
-All appointments must be booked online. A valid email and phone number are required. Please be sure to select the correct service when booking. If you're unsure, contact me before scheduling.
💳 Deposit
-A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your final balance which is due at the time of service.
🚗 Travel
-As a concierge loctician, I travel to you. Travel is included within 10 miles of Cherry Hill, NJ. Additional travel fees apply outside this radius.
⏰ Lateness
-There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are not at the designated location after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show and your deposit will be non-refundable or transferable.
❌ Cancellation & No-Show
-Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit. Two no-shows will lead to booking restrictions indefinitely.
🧼 Clean Hair & Clear Space
-Please make sure your space is clean, well-lit, smoke and pet-free and ready for service.
🧾 Payment
-Final payment is due immediately after the service is complete. I accept Cash App, Venmo and cash.
💬 Communication
-If you’re running late, need to reschedule, or have questions, please contact me directly as soon as possible. I appreciate open and timely communication.
📦 Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping is currently available within the U.S. only.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Villain Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

Please contact the carrier directly for any delivery issues.

Double-check your shipping address at checkout—incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
🚫 Service
-All Services Are Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of my work, all services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with any part of your service, please communicate your concerns during the appointment so I can address them in real time. No refunds will be issued once the service is complete.
🛍️ Product
-All Sales Are Final. All product sales are final and non-refundable. Each item is handcrafted and spiritually charged, so returns or exchanges are not accepted. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
